Chesaning Pools was started in 1964 at the home of Roger and Angie Nietling.  In 1984, the business was moved to downtown Chesaning to its current location.

In 1997 the Nietlings sold the business to their children and the name was changed to Chesaning Pools & Spas.    In March of 2001 they expanded their business to include a second location in Durand.
